Mandatory Evacuations In Pasco County

flood areaMore rain in Pasco County has caused even heavier flooding especially along the Anclote River, flooding the surrounding area and that has triggered a mandatory evacuation order for these areas;   the Worthington Court Apartment complex, Rowan Road and State Road 54 in New Port Richey,  Blue Heron Mobile Home Park, 6615 Massachusetts Ave., New Port Richey,  Elfers Parkway Area along the Anclote River – east of Moog Rd; west of Seven Springs Blvd; south of State Rd 54; north of Old Oak Street.

There is also a recommended self-evacuation is in effect for residents in the following areas:  Bass Lake Area, New Port Richey, Lake Worrell, New Port Richey,  Magnolia Valley Area, New Port Richey,  Suncoast Gateway Mobile Home Park, 6010 Ridge Road, Port Richey.

Evacuations are underway, Pasco County Emergency Management is asking for anyone who lives in a flooded area and does nogt feel safe to call Pasco County Customer Service at 727.847.2411 and rescue crews will come get you. Of course if it is an emergency, call 911.
