Hermine Threatens East Coast; Evacuations Continue

By Ann Kelly

New South Hurricane Guide Header 2Hermine is a tropical storm and about to mess with Labor Day plans in New York and along the East Coast. But here in Florida we still have plenty to deal with including flooding that has triggered evacuations in Pasco County. You can check for the latest from Pasco County Emergency Management here, and Florida Emergency Management has the latest on roads that are closed statewide along with shelters that are open. You can also check with Duke Energy  and TECO for more information on areas still without power. Since we are into the height of hurricane season remember to check in with the Dove Hurricane Guide and our partners at 10 News WTSP.
