Bucs Win Fourth In A Row

bucs3_12603435_8colThe Bucs beat San Diego Sunday 28-21 for their fourth win in a row. That leaves the Bucs sharing the top spot in the NFC South with Atlanta with a 5-1 record on the road. The team comes home to Raymond James Stadium Sunday against New Orleans with a 4:25 pm kickoff.

We know who’s on the short list for the college football national championship game coming to Tampa. The final four are now Alabama, who will play Washington in one semifinal game, and Clemson taking on Ohio State in the second.  All five Florida college football teams have bowl games to look forward to; it will be Florida and Iowa in the Outback Bowl in Tampa January 2nd, Florida State and Michigan in the Orange Bowl, USF and South Carolina in the Birmingham Bowl December 29th, UCF in the Cure Bowl against Arkansas State December 17th, and finally Miami playing West Virginia December 28th.

Tampa Police are looking for a man they say kidnapped and robbed a woman on South Howard Ave in Tampa Saturday morning. She was hit on the head and forced into her own car. A Southwest Airlines flight headed for Orlando had to make an emergency landing in Charleston Sunday. One baby just couldn’t wait and was born on the plane in flight. There were some medical staff on the plane as well, and the new mother and baby headed off to the hospital on landing, and the flight went on to Orlando, just an hour behind schedule.
