Eleven year old Jenna Irmler who had been missing from her home in Brandon since Tuesday evening was found yesterday in Pasco County. She was spotted walking along Highway 39, and deputies think she was purposely trying to avoid being found.

St Pete City Council gave the okay to expansion at Al Lang Stadium at yesterday’s meeting. That was just the first reading for the proposed addition of 11,000 seats. The second reading is scheduled for March 2nd and if it’s approved the next step is a special election in May. Rowdies owner Bill Edwards said he will cover the costs of that special election. Edwards owns the Rowdies who play at Al Lang.

Firefighters continue to keep an eye on that massive brush fire in Polk County triggered which mandatory evacuation order for residents of Indian Lakes Estates that have since been lifted. Now it’s a matter of keeping an eye on the hotspots that keep flaring up. At least 4,000 acres have been burned.

If you want to see the collection of Impressionist Art at the St Pete Museum of Fine Arts, go soon. The family of the original owner of the painting is going to put them up for auction at Christie’s in the spring. The works of Monet, Renoir, Gaugin and others were on loan to the museum.

Parking will be free once again at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. This Tuesday you’ll be able to self-park free in the garage. Construction had limited spaces which triggered the parking fees. They’ve also added more security to those lots.
