The coldest air in six months has arrived in the Bay area. Mostly clear skies will keep temperatures in the mid 70’s today. And that tropical low will bypass the Bay area for the most part but may bring some rain this weekend.

Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn was blunt when he told Tampa Police office to hunt down the person responsible for three unsolved murders in Seminole Heights. TPD believe the shootings were random but the work of one person. Interim Police Chief Brian Dugan also believes they are linked, but with no motive or suspect so far. If you can help identify a person of interest in the case you’re asked to call 1-813-231-6130 if you have any information.

A story in the Tampa Bay Times says a group representing Hillsborough County has decided on a site in Ybor City as a new home for the Rays. The 14-acre site is between Channelside and 15th St South, to the east of East Fourth Ave.

The Food for Florida event for Pasco County has been moved to November 5th– 8th at the Pasco County Fairgrounds. It was originally scheduled for this past.  There is more on the story and the delay here.
