The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission has charged 21-year-old Michael Wenzel, 28-year-old Robert Benac and 23-year-old Spencer Heintz with charges that range from felony counts of animal abuse to misdemeanor counts of illegal takes. That all stems from the terrible video of the three men allegedly dragging a shark behind their boat and posting it to social media. We have more on the story from ABC Action News.

Accused Seminole Heights killer Howell Emanuel Donaldson waived his right to appear in court Tuesday. Instead, a written plea of not guilty was submitted by his lawyer. He is facing four counts of premeditated first-degree murder. Donaldson’s parents still face possible contempt of court charges for refusing to answer questions about their son and will be back in court in early January.

Metropolitan Ministries holiday tent is open in downtown Tampa at the corner of Cass and Nebraska and they need turkey and hams. The need for donations is stronger than usual thanks to our hurricanes and families coming into the area from Puerto Rico. For more drop-off locations and what is needed please check here. Turkey and hams are in short supply and at the top of their list.
