It’s Still Flu Season

Flu season is not over. The CDC is warning a second wave is underway. It’s the Type B that’s the biggest problem right now, and parent of small children are advised to keep an eye out for the usual symptoms.

The company which owns the Winn-Dixie chain of grocery stores officially filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Tuesday. That will affect five stores in the Bay area, 94 nationwide, with a closing date of April 30th. Check here for a list of stores closing across Tampa Bay.



Officials in Pasco County are finally going to help residents who still live in the area affected by that massive sinkhole in a Land O Lakes subdivision. A road extention is planned with a cost of $240,000 to people who live right next to the sinkhole won’t have people using their driveways as a turn-around. They’re still working on a fix for the actual sinkhole



You can buy just about anything in Walmart. Now add cars to the list. After a pilot program did well there are plans to roll it out nationwide using CarSaver as their partner in the new venture.
