Draft Day For The Bucs

Draft day for the Tampa Bay Bucs started with a first-round draft pick of DT Vita Vea. Vea is 6’4″, weighing in at 347 pounds coming from the University of Washington. The second round of the draft is today from Dallas.

 

 

 

Round two of the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs kick off tomorrow at Amalie Arena. It will be the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Boston Bruins Saturday afternoon at 3 pm; game two is 7 pm also at Amalie Arena. The Lightning do have home ice advantage for the series. Howell Donaldson

A judge has ordered a mental competency exam for the Seminole Heights man accused in the shooting deaths of four residents. Howell Donaldson III is facing a possibly death sentence on four  charges for first-degree murder.
